You are embarking on a rigorous two-year intensive training program covering all essential aspects of value-added logistics, supply chain services, and semi-industrial activities within the Petrochemicals business unit. The training will primarily take place in the Antwerp region, although short international assignments may also be included.
As a prospective terminal manager, you will assume responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of a logistics platform. Your team size will vary, ranging from 20 to 150 staff members.
We rely on your proficiency in several key areas, including people management, responsible care, customer satisfaction, planning, public relations, and finance. Demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving is essential for your success as a terminal manager.
